Caledonia Roofing Ltd

Caledonia Roofing is a professionally trained, Scottish-founded roofing company proudly serving Victoria, Salt Spring Island and the Gulf Islands.

Founded by Jordan Easton, Caledonia Roofing was built on years of formal trade training and hands-on experience gained in Scotland. Jordan learned his trade through the UK system, completing the required training, examinations and practical assessments before continuing on to achieve higher-level qualifications and further develop his skills in the roofing industry.

That background shaped the standard Caledonia Roofing operates by today: proper preparation, attention to detail, pride in workmanship and doing the job correctly rather than cutting corners.

After bringing that experience to British Columbia, Jordan founded Caledonia Roofing with the aim of offering homeowners the same professional, tradesman-led approach he was trained with in Scotland — combined with clear communication, quality materials and a high standard of customer service.

We provide residential roof replacements, repairs, skylight work and roofing solutions throughout Victoria and the Gulf Islands. Every project is approached with care, from the initial inspection and quotation through to installation, cleanup and final completion.

For us, roofing is a skilled trade — and we believe clients should feel confident knowing the person behind their project has been properly trained, tested and qualified in the industry.

Scottish trained. Professionally qualified. Locally trusted.
